It’s essential to have separate cloths for cleaning and handling food. Here’s how to clean them effectively: Kitchen Cloths: To hand wash: Boil water, add 2 tbsp detergent and half a cup of borax. Submerge cloths, simmer, then let cool. Scrub thoroughly. To machine wash: Set a high-temperature cycle (60-70°C) and add half a cup of borax with detergent. Pre-soak for 30 minutes if possible. Microfiber Cloths: To hand wash: Use lukewarm water and mild detergent (Ezee). Soak for 30 minutes, then gently scrub by hand. Don’t use scrubbers. To machine wash: Set a low-temperature cycle (20-30°C) and add mild detergent. Pre-soak for 30 minutes if possible. This care ensures your kitchen textiles remain hygienic and fresh.
